Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has been shipped by contacting support@avereya.com. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must be handled according to the Return and Refund Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs checks, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control.
