Shipping Policy
Purpose
This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through the Avereya website are processed, dispatched, and delivered. Delivery times are estimates and are provided to give customers clear expectations before and after purchase.
Shipping Regions and Costs
- Avereya currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
- We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.
Order Confirmation and Processing
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1–3 days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 16:00 GMT will begin processing on the next business day. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Transit and Delivery Timeframes
After dispatch, the estimated transit time is 4–6 days, Monday to Friday. The total estimated delivery timeframe, including processing and transit, is 5–9 business days.
Dispatch and Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can use the tracking information provided to follow the progress of your shipment.
Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to carrier disruptions, high order volumes, public holidays, customs checks where applicable, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control. Please allow up to 3 additional business days beyond the estimated delivery timeframe before contacting us at support@avereya.com.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect a parcel, the package will be returned to sender.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@avereya.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging where applicable. After review, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with your consumer rights.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has been shipped by contacting support@avereya.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must be handled through the return process under our Return and Refund Policy.
