Return and Refund Policy

1. Introduction
This Return and Refund Policy explains your rights and the process for returns, exchanges, and refunds when purchasing from Avereya. This policy operates alongside our Terms of Service and does not affect your statutory rights under United Kingdom law.

2. Return and Exchange Period
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests outside this period will not be accepted unless required under applicable law.

3. Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • All packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • The item must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged
  • The item can only be inspected without signs of use

4. Non-Returnable Items
Items that do not meet the eligibility conditions, are damaged through misuse, or are returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

5. Return and Exchange Process
You must contact us at support@avereya.com within the return and exchange period to request approval. Provide your order number, details of the item, reason for request, and photos where applicable.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@avereya.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging where applicable. After review, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with your consumer rights.

7. Return Shipping
Return instructions and the return address are provided after approval. If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, return shipping costs are covered by us. For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. No restocking fees apply.

8. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

9. Exchanges
Exchanges are processed after the returned item is received and approved. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

10. Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has been shipped by contacting support@avereya.com. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must be handled through the return process under this policy.
